Licensed Agent Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

· Maintain and grow existing client relationships.

· Generate new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.

· Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.

· Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.

· Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.

· Attend team meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

· Health and/or life insurance license required.

· Proven industry experience.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Self-motivated and results driven.

· Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.

· Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
