Marketing Associate — Full-Time, Hybrid (Cleveland, OH)

We're Oat Haus — makers of Granola Butter, the world's first oat-based spread. Our mission? To bring more play back into food and life, one spoonful at a time.

We're looking for a full-time Marketing Associate to join our small, creative, and growing team at our Cleveland office (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment — a mix of creative storytelling, community-building, and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Own Oat Haus's social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, and more).
  • Plan, film, and edit engaging videos — and feel comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.
  • Manage and maintain our content calendar across platforms.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns around launches, holidays, and cultural moments.
  • Track metrics, test new formats, and optimize for growth.

Influencer Marketing

  • Research, reach out to, and manage influencer and creator relationships.
  • Coordinate product seeding and track results.

PR & Partnerships

  • Support PR outreach by identifying journalists and partnership opportunities.
  • Draft media pitches and help coordinate press requests.
  • Research and connect with potential brand partners for collaborations or giveaways.

Community Engagement

  • Respond to DMs, comments, and messages across all social channels with warmth and brand personality.
  • Keep a pulse on what our community is saying, share insights with the team, and look for opportunities to deepen connection.
  • Engage with creators, customers, and fans to grow a loyal, playful community.

Misc. Marketing Support

  • Support product launch marketing — from pre-launch planning to content rollout.
  • Help organize photoshoots, manage creative assets, and liaise with photographers or designers.
  • Keep marketing folders, drives, and calendars organized and up to date.

  • Are comfortable filming and editing content (must enjoy being on camera too)
  • Have strong attention to detail and creative instincts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $65,000.00 per year
