Customer Service Team Member

Richmond Express Courier Service and Warehousing is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Team Member to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a fastpaced environment
  • Enter customer orders accurately and with care
  • Provide positive, professional, and compassionate customer service
  • Assist with customer inquiries and route calls to the appropriate departments
  • Monitor emails for client and company requests
  • Maintain accurate records for business and client operations
  • Support departmental needs and assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
