Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Designer or Engineer, located in Minneapolis, MN, and integral to our design/build fabrication process. The Mechanical Designer or Engineer will be responsible for building models of parts and assemblies, producing technical drawings, and ensuring the accuracy designs and documentation. The Mechanical Designer or Engineer will collaborate with operations and fabrication teams to optimize workflows and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using Autodesk Inventor is required
  • Experience with parametric modeling and technical drawing
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Good communication both verbally, written and through drawings
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in engineering, design, or a related field are a plus
