Calidad Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated, self-driven Physical Security Officer to protect a high-profile luxury apartment construction site. This site is extremely important to us and to the ownership team behind the project. We are looking for an officer who takes pride in ownership, accountability, and protecting what matters.

This is not a sit-down post. This role requires awareness, movement, and commitment.

The Mission

Your mission is simple but critical: protect the site, deter crime, and maintain control of the property during all assigned hours.

This officer will act as the primary overnight presence, ensuring the site remains secure, orderly, and respected.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous foot patrols of the construction site
• Walk stairs, ramps, and multiple levels throughout the shift
• Work outdoors in cold and varying weather conditions
• Actively deter trespassing, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Use TrackTik to scan checkpoints consistently throughout the night
• Write clear, accurate reports and activity logs during the shift
• Maintain full awareness of site conditions, access points, and vulnerabilities
• Take ownership of the post and uphold a professional presence at all times

This position requires vigilance, consistency, and pride in doing the job right.

Technology & Reporting (Non-Negotiable)

• TrackTik is used for checkpoint scanning and reporting
• Checkpoints must be scanned throughout the shift
• Reports must be completed accurately and on time
• Officers must be comfortable using mobile devices and security apps

Technology is a core part of how we protect this site. Attention to detail is mandatory.

Schedule & Coverage

• Monday to Friday: 17:00-22:00
• Saturday: 17:00-22:00/22:00-6:00
• Sunday: 6:00-14:00/14:00-22:00/22:00-6:00

Consistency and reliability are critical for this site.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an officer who:

• Takes pride in protecting property and doing the job right
• Is comfortable working nights, outdoors, and in the cold
• Is physically capable of extended walking and stair use
• Is reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Is confident working independently
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Understands that this is a high-visibility, high-responsibility site

Security experience is preferred, especially construction site or patrol experience, but we will train the right individual with the right mindset.
