Summary

U.S. Physiatry is presently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with strong accounting skills for our headquarters located in The Woodlands, Texas. We are open to considering a hybrid work schedule with 3-4 days working in the Office.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work with the CFO, Finance and Administration Team, and support our various Operational Teams in maintaining proper administrative and accounting controls while assisting the Company in the achievement of our overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Contract control, accounting and invoice processing.
  • Controlling and tracking specialty business lines including accounting, financial presentation and business analysis.
  • Interfacing with Financial Management and Operational Team Member to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
  • Supporting Revenue and Compensation Processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Supporting invoice processing and the Accounts Payable Process.
  • Assist Leadership with projects and analysis as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Bloomberg.
  • Familiarity with governmental accounting principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information clearly.

This is a highly responsible, hands-on position working at various levels in the Organization where organizational skills and time management will be required to work with the details and report and present information at a high level.

We are looking for an experienced financial analyst with strong accounting, systems and analytical skills.
