EXTERIOR JUNIOR SALES — MARYLAND

Pre-Set Leads | No Cold Calling | No Prospecting

American Dream Home Remodeling is expanding in Maryland and looking for motivated, confident individuals to join our team as Exterior Junior Sales representatives. In this role, you'll receive daily pre-set appointments with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services — meaning no cold calling and no door-to-door work.

What You'll Do:

  • Meet with qualified homeowners each day
  • Present professional exterior remodeling solutions with confidence
  • Educate and guide homeowners through their options
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Set personal goals and consistently work toward growth

Who We're Looking For:

  • Prior sales experience is helpful (especially home improvement or in-home sales)
  • Highly motivated, driven, and prepared to grow
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A positive mindset and willingness to learn
