What We Offer:

Novant Health Pediatrics Blakeney is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible full-time pediatrician to join our growing, community-centered practice located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, North Carolina. Our team currently includes four physicians who provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative and supportive team environment. We are looking for a pediatrician who values connection, professionalism, and teamwork—someone who builds trust-based relationships with patients and families while contributing positively to the broader care team.

The practice operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Each provider works four clinical days, one administrative day, and one Saturday per month. Call is shared evenly among the team, with each provider taking one week of call per month, typically aligning with the Saturday they are scheduled to work.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
• Completion of an accredited residency program required
• For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current MD license in appropriate state
• Board certification or eligibility
• Current DEA license required
