Installing, examining, and maintaining our customers' HVAC (heating, air conditioning, and ventilation) systems will be your main responsibility.

Blue Chip Maintenance LLC is a maintenance vendor that proudly serves property management companies of single-family rental homes throughout Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. You must be comfortable working in all areas in Winston Salem/Greensboro, NC.

REQUIREMENTS:

-You must have your own reliable TRUCK, SUV or VAN for material purposes

-You must have a valid Driver's License and Universal EPA Certification.

-Proven experience as an HVAC technician in residential settings is a MUST

-Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact effectively face to face with tenants and property managers

-You must have your own HVAC tools ( gauges, torches, recovery tank, recovery machine, should have access to Freon and Acetylene gas for sweating)

-NATE certification is a plus ( Pay starts at $40 if you are NATE CERTIFIED)

-You must pass a background check
