Position Over:

We seeking a dedicated and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. This position plays a critical leadership role on-site. This requires someone with a strong hospitality background, excellent team management skills, and a commitment to upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage
  • Ensure all departments are functioning efficiently and guest service standards are consistently exceeded
  • Act as the primary on-site leader.
  • Monitor room inventory, guest satisfaction, and labor cost controls
  • Assist in training, coaching, and scheduling team members across departments
  • Enforce safety, security, and cleanliness standards throughout the property
  • Support General Manager in executing business strategies and achieving operational goals
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Conduct regular property walks and inspections to maintain brand quality standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and supply ordering as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel operations or hospitality management experience required
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and occasional evening availability
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Availabilty on Weekends, Holidays, and Overnight

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Required to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Required weekend and holiday availability
  • Potential Overnight shifts may occur
  • May involve occasional lifting up to 25 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
