Shift Leader – Tidy Turtle Car Wash (Spartanburg, SC)

Location: 2195 Southport Road, Spartanburg, SC 29306

Hours: Full-time | 30-40 hours per week

Wage: $15 Hourly

What You'll Do

As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations of the wash for your shifts, leading your team to success while ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a spotless vehicle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing your team — coaching and fostering a positive culture
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by leading from the front
  • Implement site operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
  • Driving growth through membership sales and community engagement
  • Coordinating inventory, equipment care, and chemical management
  • Ensuring smooth open and close procedures
  • Performing hands-on tasks when needed, including assisting customers in the tunnel
