Filter King LLC is a rapidly growing US manufacturer of high quality air filters with headquarters in Florida and facilities in Pennsylvania and Nevada. As we continue to scale our Miami operation we are seeking a highly organized and detail driven Procurement and Inventory Manager to oversee purchasing inventory accuracy vendor relationships and raw material flow throughout all three facilities.

Job Description

The Procurement and Inventory Manager will handle purchasing and inventory control for all raw materials used across the three locations. This is a Monday through Friday position that requires expert level Excel skills strong organization and the ability to work closely with production shipping and leadership teams. This position manages ten to twenty vendors and requires full proficiency with SOS Inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement and Purchasing

  • Source and purchase raw materials supplies and packaging needed for production
  • Delivery schedules with vendors
  • Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
  • Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of all materials

Inventory Management

  • Oversee daily inventory counts cycle counts and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP or tracking systems
  • Identify inventory shortages overages and discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent shortages or overstock

Production and Warehouse Coordination

  • Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to forecast material needs
  • Provide daily updates on inventory availability and incoming materials
  • Ensure proper labeling storage and organization of all materials
  • Support process improvements that optimize material flow and reduce waste

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare inventory reports usage analysis and purchasing summaries
  • Track material costs and support budgeting and cost control
  • Maintain documentation for all procurement related activities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in procurement inventory management or supply chain
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy working with numbers and data
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage purchasing timelines
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is a strong plus
