Overview

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our customer service team, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive. You'll play a vital role in managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing essential administrative support within a dynamic medical or dental office environment. What you'll do

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from patients, addressing their inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently while considering patient needs and office availability.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification to facilitate smooth transactions for our patients.
  • Collaborate with medical or dental staff to ensure seamless communication and optimal patient care.
  • Provide administrative support by organizing files, managing office supplies, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Stay informed about medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients regarding their care.

Basic qualifications

  • Experience in a medical or dental office setting is essential for understanding the unique needs of our patients.

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficiency in medical terminology to enhance communication with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with patients and team members.
