Expected Results:
Thorough review of construction documents resulting in comprehensive, orderly, and timelyestimates and presentations throughout the sales and planning phase.

Facilitate permitting and required regulatory approvals in coordination with Client and DesignTeam.

Develop a detailed understanding of the expectations of Clients and Design Partners, and ensurethat all estimates, bids, and construction documents are in alignment.

Generation of accurate and professional construction specifications that correlate withconstruction documents.

Assemble a team of subcontractors and suppliers for each project with the skillset tosuccessfully execute the project requirements.

Utilize project specifications to procure comprehensive and accurate bids from projectsubcontractors and suppliers.

Coordinate an organized and professional project transition to the Construction Departmentenabling the successful execution of large and complex projects. A successful transition

includes all pertinent construction specifications, construction documents, and accurate projectcosting which have all been thoroughly vetted and synced with one another.

In collaboration with the Project Manager, shepherd project team decisions (via RFIs, Submittals,Selections and Change Orders) and coordinate with suppliers and trade partners to deliver on-time projects.

Maintain project specifications and selections throughout project lifecycle delivering completeas-built construction specifications at the conclusion of each project.

Keep our promises to Clients and Design Partners by building projects by the construction specifications and holding the standard on quality and craftsmanship.

Document, organize, and communicate accurately and consistently with our Clients and DesignPartners to create a Raving Fan experience.

Provide office-based support to Construction team members enabling them to maximizeefficiency from the field, including change order management, purchasing, performing materialtake-offs, maintaining projected costs, and Accounts Payable support.

Identify critical path items and work with project team to develop strategy for overcoming anyobstacles or gating factors.

Professional communication and collaboration with all involved team members across variousprojects.

Maintain up-to-date web-based document management system housing all project documents.

Education & Experience:
4-Year College Degree Required

Strong Professional References

Minimum 5 Years Experience In Residential Construction
