Job Type: Full-time We are excited to announce an opening for an Entry Level Production Assistant at our dynamic company. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to begin a career in the production field. As a Production Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our production team in various capacities, including but not limited to assisting with set preparation, equipment management, and general assistance during filming. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down production equipment.
  • Help with the organization and management of production supplies and materials.
  • Support the production team during shoots by handling various tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the set remains clean and organized throughout the production process.
  • Aid in coordinating schedules and logistics for crew and talent.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry as necessary.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong interest in film and television production.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
