Do you strive for obsessive safety, cleanliness, and organization—ensuring tools are stowed and work areas are spotless? We need battle-hardened operators to support our high-volume, highly automated steel parts factory.

With 5+ years of heavy industrial experience, you will execute data-driven production, uphold safety protocols, and keep our defense-critical operations running with unyielding efficiency. Expect high stakes, tight deadlines, and a hands-on approach to fortify our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Show a deep commitment to safe behavior for yourself and your teammates by utilizing all needed personal protective equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and performing lock-out/tag-out activities as required.

  • Operate various types of heavy industrial machinery in a high-volume production environment, including robots, cranes, saws, forges, CNC machines, welders, heat-treat ovens, painting/coating systems, and automated inspection equipment.

  • Use electronic and manual systems to track production, perform quality inspections, and set up machine parameters and production jobs.

  • Perform periodic machine upkeep tasks, including cleaning, adjusting, and tooling setup as needed.

  • Participate in troubleshooting and optimization activities in an operator-centric, lean manufacturing environment.

  • Demonstrate flexibility by cross-training for multiple processes and tasks across the factory.

Required Qualifications:

  • Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical system operations.

  • Adaptability to a flexible work schedule, including night shifts and compressed work weeks.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to wear required PPE and work in hazardous areas, including the ability to discern audible alarms.

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for 12+ hours per day, lift 50 lbs. regularly, and climb ladders/stairs.

  • College/technical school or equivalent work experience (applicable documented training and/or certifications are a plus).

  • Ability to read and understand SOPs.

  • Experience operating forklifts.

Work Environment:

You will be on the front lines in our manufacturing facility—think noise, machinery, and occasional travel for supplier missions or equipment assessments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary + bonuses.

  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Paid time off + holidays.

  • Growth opportunities.

Join the mission. We'll handle the move.
