We are a fast-growing, performance-driven sales organization partnered with AT&T, a leader in telecommunications. Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping people stay connected through the best wireless solutions.
We are hiring Sales Representatives to represent AT&T's products directly to residential customers in your area. If you're a motivated, outgoing individual who enjoys meeting new people and wants to earn uncapped commission, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
- Go out and attend leads with customers and client that have shown interest in the services to promote and sell AT&T products
- Educate customers on AT&T's latest wireless plans and options
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages
- Build rapport quickly and maintain a positive customer experience
- Submit accurate orders and keep track of daily sales activity
- Attend team meetings and participate in training and development programs
What We're Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred, but not required (we train the right people)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and on foot for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must have a valid ID and reliable transportation

$900-$1500 per week (commission)
Top performers earn $80K–$100K+ annually
