The position will require you to work with new and existing clients regarding the development and customization of their accounts/websites based on their marketing needs.

The Marketing Support Representative is a vital part of our team, providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the mortgage, real estate, and insurance industries. As an entry-level team member, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues, and helping them navigate our marketing products and services. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, retaining clients by understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for additional services that align with their goals.

You'll receive comprehensive training to help you succeed, including guidance on customer service, marketing strategies, and technical support. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Client Support & Retention

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing high-quality customer service.
  • Resolve product or service issues and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handle cancellation requests and work to retain clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling additional services or products to meet client needs.

Account Management

  • Assist new clients with website development and customization based on their marketing goals.
  • Update client websites and input work tickets as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.

Marketing Strategy Implementation

  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies developed by the consultation team.
  • Schedule and reschedule consultation appointments to align with client availability and needs.

Technical Support

  • Provide domain support and assist clients in utilizing our system effectively, regardless of their technical skill level.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Learn and stay updated on 220 Marketing's products and services to effectively support clients.
  • Participate in team training sessions to improve knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to team goals and maintain retention standards.

Phone Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and resolve client needs
  • Outbound to existing client base for needed follow up and check ins
  • Maintain retention standards
  • Maintain calendar of appointments and client scheduling needs
  • Work with new clients on website development
  • Provide support to client accounts
  • Domain support
  • Meeting quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Team player and 'What ever it takes attitude"
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Experience with WordPress and/or other major CMS's a positive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39, $45,000.00 per year
