As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact for guests, staff, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. You will manage access control, assist with badge processes, and help to deter security-related incidents through your presence and attentiveness. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain sign-in logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Assist with emergency response activities as required, following established protocols.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with patients, staff, and visitors while addressing inquiries and directing individuals appropriately.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
