Parts Department Counterperson – Preferred Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Grand Haven

Preferred Automotive is growing in West Michigan We're currently seeking a Parts Department Counterperson to join our award-winning team at Preferred Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Grand Haven.

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians and retail customers in identifying and sourcing parts efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of parts
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and wholesale accounts
• Support internal repair order parts requests quickly and accurately
• Help maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive parts experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with Dealertrack or similar DMS software (preferred)
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
