The Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in architecting and scaling the backend and frontend systems that power a fast-growing healthcare platform. You'll design APIs, optimize performance, and build infrastructure that supports real-time pricing, payments, and scheduling. You'll collaborate closely with design, product, and data teams to deliver high-impact features, and you'll help shape engineering best practices as the product scales.

This is an opportunity for a senior engineer who thrives in startup environments, someone who's hands-on, strategic, and excited to solve complex systems and product challenges in FinTech and HealthTech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and scale backend and frontend systems across a modern tech stack
  • Design and maintain reliable APIs and distributed systems for pricing, payments, and scheduling
  • Build data-driven features that enhance transparency and efficiency in healthcare
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and data teams
  • Drive technical decisions, improve code quality, and mentor other engineers
  • Balance rapid execution with long-term maintainability and scalability

Requirements:

  • Experience working in high-growth FinTech or HealthTech startup environments
  • Proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., AWS, Ruby on Rails, , or equivalent)
  • Strong background in systems design, API development, and cloud infrastructure
  • Product-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience and measurable impact
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

The Benefits:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will receive a base salary of $160,000 – $180,000 plus health, dental, vision and other benefits.
