Position Summary:

We are seeking caring and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and ready to make a meaningful difference each day.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
  • Report any changes in client condition to the care team
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided


Requirements:
  • Current Georgia PCA certification (required)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Able to pass background check, fingerprinting, and drug screen
  • Driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Comfortable assisting with personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming)
  • Physically able to lift 25–30 lbs
  • Proof of TB test (or willing to obtain)


Preferred:
  • Previous caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or similar settings
  • CPR/First Aid certification

Compensation: $ $14.00 per hour
