Summary

The Regional Human Resource Manager is responsible for implementing processes and programs that advance effective recruiting and retention of the company's most important asset (the co-worker) within his/her assigned Region. This is accomplished by collaborating with Regional Managers and other members of the Human Resources Team.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Regional Human Resource Manager will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role.   • Assists and Supports Regional Efforts to Recruit and Hire
  • Manages the Onboarding Process
  • Promotes Retention Efforts Through Positive Co-worker Relations
  • Participates in HR Continuous Improvement Activities
  • Supports Compliance Efforts
  • Participates in HR Department Activities
  • Participates in Training/Certifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field and 5 years of HR experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional Certification in Human Resource Management (PHR or SPHR) preferred
  • Prior experience in construction preferred
