Business Analyst III:
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst III for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Akron, Ohio office.

Business Analyst III - Job Description:
The Business Analyst III will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for system enhancements and projects. This role involves acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers to ensure successful project execution and system improvements.

Business Analyst III - Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and projects.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ad hoc meetings with business stakeholders.
  • Apply problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to facilitate end-to-end requirements gathering.
  • Document business benefits and validate with Business Sponsor.
  • Establish good relationships and maintain effective communication with Enbridge TIS partners and supporting process teams.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers, providing clarification and support.
  • Develop and send communication to business stakeholders regarding system improvements.
  • Participate in design sessions to ensure proposed solutions meet requirements.
  • Partner with enterprise functional and technical teams for user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct regression testing for GDS Systems as needed.
  • Validate the outcome of solutions after implementation into production.
  • Confirm with Business Sponsor that change benefits have been realized.
  • Augment system enhancement and implementation projects as needed.

Business Analyst III - Mandatory Skills:

  • Knowledge of technology systems and solutions.
  • Knowledge of technology implementation requirements and methodologies.
  • Understanding of Distribution Operations or Customer Care.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and deliver results.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills including building consensus, negotiation, and facilitation.
  • Good to excellent communication skills.

Business Analyst III – Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • CBAP Certification or other formally recognized education in business analysis.

Business Analyst III – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
