Engineering Program Manager, Lighting Design

What To ExpectTesla Motors is seeking an incredibly sharp, fast on their toes Engineering Program Manager to manage the product development of exterior lighting and vehicle charge port door programs; future and current. This person will coordinate over all aspects of lighting program for timing, quality and cost. This requires maintaining and adjusting overall program schedule, helping identify, raise, and support resolving concerns regarding product development, supplier selection and readiness, manufacturability, and testing (e.g., durability, reliability, compliance).Additionally, the program manager will leverage their experience to ensure the best possible value for Tesla in terms of funding requirements (tooling and ED&T) and part costs.
