Position Summary: The Quality Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and improving operation efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing remediations. This role will also be responsible for collaborating with various teams within the organization to develop and enforce quality processes and procedures. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership. This position is exempt from overtime. In this role, you will report directly to the AVP of Quality at Renovo Financial. 
Responsibilities:Review data entered in the servicing system for data integrity.Perform regular audits of servicing processes to identify areas for improvement.Maintain detailed records of findings, issues identified, and actions taken.Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and job aids related to mortgage servicing.Follow up and resolve problems or issues with little to no direction from Supervisor.Have a thorough understanding of processes to be proactive rather than reactive.The ability to accept feedback to ensure a positive outcome.Communicate with Manager your goals, objectives, and key results to foster alignment and team focus.Work special projects as needed.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this role will have:Ability to work a hybrid schedule (this is a work from home/in-office position) by living in Chicago or the Chicagoland area.High School Diploma or equivalentPreference given to Chicagoland1+ years of related work experience in Quality Assurance1-2 years of mortgage servicing experienceExcellent organizational abilities and time management skillsEffective communication skills, both written and spokenStrong writing skills with the ability to create clear and concise policies, procedures, and job aidsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality resultsWillingness to adapt and change with a fast-growing companyProficiency in Microsoft Office is requiredExperience with Salesforce is a plus
Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
