Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Entry Level

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting nonprofit partners, driving donor engagement, and supporting the execution of marketing and sales initiatives at live events. This role blends direct sales, marketing strategy, and team coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Your day will begin with participating in focused one-on-one training sessions and team meetings to review performance metrics, campaign goals, and upcoming events. You will then support the setup and execution of marketing kiosks, engage with community members, communicate nonprofit missions, and help convert interest into donor support. You'll also assist with tracking outreach performance, refining messaging, and mentoring newer team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing and sales efforts at events and kiosks
- Execute marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, and donor acquisition
- Communicate nonprofit missions clearly and persuasively to potential supporters
- Track daily performance metrics and provide feedback to improve outreach strategies
- Support team training, onboarding, and mentorship
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize event marketing strategies and donor conversion
- Maintain a professional, positive brand presence at all times
