Accounts Receivable Specialist
. This company is seeking an experienced professional who can work effectively both as part of a team and independently. Experience of at least 2 - 3 years is a plus.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$25/hr - $27/hr
Position Overview
Applicants for the Accounts Receivable Specialist role must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience with high-volume accounts receivable (A/R) is a must, with a strong emphasis on chargebacks and resolving discrepancies. Customer service and client-facing experience are a plus.
Responsibilities Of The Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices.
- A/R vendor and client communication/management.
- Researching and resolving accounts receivable with customers and vendors.
- Updating and reconciling the sub-ledger to the general ledger.
Required Experience/Skills for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Accounts receivable experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Advanced Excel and QuickBooks experience.
Education Requirements:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree and/or equivalent experience is required.
