Position Summary:
The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-quality, innovative, and user first mobile applications and can iterate rapidly. You'll get the chance to own and deliver multiple features and be a driving force behind our two mobile applications.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $155,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Collaborate with EM to lead development and delivery of our two mobile applications Deliver high-quality maintainable code Be a technical leader, not afraid to speak up and help guide the business to the solution, and drive for technical excellence Work with other engineering teams, DevOps and IT/Systems teams to deliver mobile services with high availability, low latency, and scalability Implement coding best practices and make decisions that benefit the current platform and will promote future growth of the application. Possess an understanding of the product and business goals which you can translate into technology decisions Work with Product Team and Stakeholders to prioritize, scope, and plan projects Build and maintain a positive and productive team culture Mentor developers, through code reviews, empowering them through ownership of successively bigger projects, and assisting in technical design and planning What You Will Bring to EverDriven:
5 years of engineering experience building mobile applications Experience mentoring a mobile development team - hands-on and by example You have a strong sense of ownership and take initiative while empowering others to do the same Understanding of cross platform mobile application development, with deep experience building mobile apps using React Native Experience with Native mobile development in iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin, Java) Experience shipping code across both Google Play store and Apple App store Proficient in Material UI, Firebase/Google Analytics, Browser stack a plus Location (Mapbox, Google Maps, Google Mobility) & Mobile Telematics services a plus Experience with Bitrise and Github a plus Our tech stack includes Microsoft Azure, C#, Cosmos DB, MS SQL Server, React, and React Native Solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to work across environments and juggle many large initiatives with tight timelines BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
