Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and EXPERIENCED TEAM LEADER to oversee our team and ensure the execution of success. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage team dynamics, facilitate communication, and drive production. The ideal candidate will possess excellent public speaking skills and a background in conflict management, as well as experience in customer service and OUTSIDE SALES. WE ARE SPECIFICALLY SEEKING AN INDIVIDUAL WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OVERSEEING TEAMS IN DIRECT SALES IN THE ENERGY/CABLE/TELECOMMUNICATIONS FIELDS.

Duties

  • Lead and mentor the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of the company's goals.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
  • Manage conflicts within the team effectively, ensuring a positive working atmosphere.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leadership role or similar position.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent conflict management abilities to navigate team dynamics effectively.
  • Background in customer service and DIRECT SALES.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
