Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will split time between customer sites and our Marshall, TX, warehouse. You'll service and install dust suppression and conveyor component systems, assemble and test equipment in the shop, and blend/package chemicals. The work is hands-on, safety-focused, and documentation-driven in Epicor.

What You'll Do

• Field Service:
  Service, troubleshoot, and tune Benetech systems (piping, valves, sensors, relays, PLCs, chemical/water pumps). Read electrical ladder diagrams, use multimeter, and make basic PLC adjustments. Perform site surveys, installations, start-ups, and training. Keep clear service logs and communicate status with customers. Occasional weekends/holidays and on‑call.
• Warehouse & Chemical Blending:
  Receive and stage components by project; record receipts/bin locations in Epicor. Pull, pack, and palletize orders. Operate forklift. Maintain a clean, organized shop. Receive/verify chemicals, blend to order. Maintain quality records and retain samples. Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate carriers. Track raw materials/finished goods in Epicor; reconcile inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.
• 3–5 years in shipping/receiving and inventory control; hands-on assembly (electrical/pumps/mechanical).
• Field service or maintenance experience working independently at customer sites.
• ERP proficiency (Epicor preferred); basic Microsoft Word/Excel use.
• Ability to read blueprints/product sketches and electrical ladder diagrams; comfortable with electrical and pipefitting equipment; forklift experience (overhead crane preferred).

Physical & Work Conditions

• Frequent standing/walking; climbing ladders/stairs; tight quarters.
• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs; team lifts for heavier items up to 100 lbs.
• Driving to customer sites within Texas and nearby states with periodic overnights.

Schedule & Travel

• Based at the Marshall, TX, warehouse; frequent day travel and periodic overnight trips.
• Some weekends/holidays
