West Hollywood CA, United States Crown + Conquer Full time

Agency Overview:

Powered by intuition, connection and vision, Crown + Conquer has established itself as

an industry leader by working with some of the biggest and most innovative brands in the

world. C+C lives at the cross section of where operations, brand partnerships and events

naturally meet. We challenge those brands to be an interaction with culture by ultimately

creating MOMENTS OF TRUTH that comes to life across a unique alchemy of

experiences, campaigns and partnerships. With our team's diverse perspectives and

individual authenticity, we create the perfect blend of minds, people, energy and

environment to communicate and celebrate TRUTH.

Content Producer

The Content Producer plays a critical role in bringing creative ideas to life across digital,

experiential, and media-driven campaigns. This role is responsible for managing the

end-to-end production of content—ensuring creative excellence, operational rigor, and

on-time, on-budget delivery. Approximately 50% of this role will be dedicated to producing

an episodic podcast, requiring strong audio production experience, editorial judgment, and

the ability to manage a repeatable, high-quality production cadence. The Content Producer

works closely with creative, strategy, experiential, and account teams to translate concepts

into high-impact content that supports brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

  • Own the full content production lifecycle—from kickoff through delivery—across formats

including podcast/audio, video, social, digital, experiential, and branded content.

  • Partner with creative leadership to translate ideas into executable production plans,

timelines, and scopes of work across all content initiatives.

  • Source, brief, and manage external vendors, editors, studios, engineers, freelancers,

and production partners as needed.

  • Oversee production schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines and

quality standards are consistently met.

  • Serve as a central point of coordination between creative, experiential, strategy, account,

and client teams.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, creative vision, platform best practices,

and audience expectations.

  • Anticipate production risks and proactively problem-solve to keep projects moving

forward.

  • Maintain clear documentation including production plans, episode calendars, budgets,

timelines, and post-production deliverables.

  • Support post-mortems and learning reviews to continuously improve production

processes and podcast performance.

  • Manage production budgets, track costs, and ensure financial accountability throughout

the lifecycle of each project.

Podcast Production

  • Serve as the lead producer for an episodic podcast, managing pre-production, recording,

post-production, and distribution on an ongoing basis.

  • Partner with creative leadership to shape podcast formats, episode planning, production

schedules, and creative standards.

  • Manage podcast production workflows including run of show development, guest

coordination, recording logistics, editing timelines, approvals, and publishing.

  • Manage the execution and delivery of advertising briefs

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in content production, ideally within a marketing, creative, or

media agency environment.

  • Demonstrated experience producing podcasts and long-form audio content, including

managing recurring release schedules.

  • Proven experience producing content across multiple channels, including digital, social,

video, experiential, and audio.

  • Strong understanding of production workflows, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while

maintaining attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working with creative teams while maintaining operational discipline.
  • Experience managing external vendors and freelance talent.
  • Proficiency with project management and production tools (e.g., Asana, Figma, Airtable,

, Google Workspace), and familiarity with podcast/audio tools and platforms.

What Success Looks Like

  • The podcast is produced consistently, on schedule, and to a high creative and technical

standard.

  • Podcast production workflows are efficient, repeatable, and scalable.
  • Projects across all content formats are delivered on time, on budget, and to creative

standards.

  • Creative teams feel supported and empowered by clear production leadership.
  • Stakeholders experience confidence, clarity, and consistency throughout the production

process.

  • Content output supports both creative ambition and business goals.

Why This Role Matters

The Content Producer is a key connector between creativity and execution. With a

significant focus on episodic podcast production, this role ensures that ongoing content

franchises are produced with consistency, excellence, and impact, while also supporting

broader creative initiatives.
