All-n-One Outdoor Solutions is now hiring Snow Removal Technicians to support our snow and ice management services this winter. Whether you're a seasonal worker looking to stay active or someone who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on work — this is a great opportunity to earn extra income during the colder months.

This position is on-call and requires flexibility. Snow doesn't run on a schedule — and during a storm, neither do we.

What You'll Do

As part of our snow crew, you'll be assigned to a team or solo route. Duties include:

  • Clearing snow and ice from commercial and residential properties
  • Working with shovels, snow blowers, trucks with plows, or skid steers (depending on role)
  • Spreading salt or ice melt to ensure safe surfaces
  • Operating snow equipment safely and efficiently
  • Applying ice melt and salt as required to ensure safe walking and driving surfaces
  • Communicating conditions and needs to supervisors
  • Performing light equipment maintenance and reporting issues
  • Working quickly and carefully, no matter the weather

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable and responsive — must be available on short notice
  • Valid driver's license (required for plow truck and equipment operators)
  • Able to work outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Experience in snow removal, landscaping, or operating equipment is a plus
