About Us:

Located in Burien, WA, Seahurst Integrated Medical (Seahurst Chiropractic Clinic) is dedicated to providing top-notch care to our community. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join our team. No prior experience in this field is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

What You'll Do:

As a Team Assistant, you'll be at the heart of multiple care programs ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

Comanaging the weight loss/body contouring program

Assisting the chiropractor and nurse practitioners with exams

Handling all communications and scheduling with prospective patients from marketing

Taking basic vitals and prepping patients for therapy

Assisting with laundry for therapy items and sauna

Preparing and cleaning therapy rooms between patients

Tracking inventory for therapy supplies

Answering phones and supporting the front office

Assisting with patient scheduling, paperwork, and room assignments

Cross-training for other roles as needed

Performing additional duties as assigned by the lead provider or management
