Position Overview
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) plays a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience. This position is the heartbeat of the practice — ensuring every patient feels seen, supported, and guided throughout their Body Revolution journey.
The ideal candidate is warm, organized, proactive, autonomous, and thrives in a high-end, fast-paced medical environment. Experience in a medical practice, wellness clinic, or concierge-style practice is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth; manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule consultations, follow-up appointments, and ongoing treatments efficiently using our EMR system (Zenoti experience a plus).
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure on-time and seamless provider schedules.
- Review treatment plans, pricing, and membership options with patients; assist with financial transactions.
- Communicate clearly with medical providers, nurses, and aestheticians to ensure all patient needs are met.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
- Manage inventory for skincare, injectables, and medical supplies; report low stock to management.
- Assist with patient education and post-care instructions, as needed.
- Contribute to a clean, professional, and elevated clinic environment.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and marketing events as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a medical office, aesthetic practice, or wellness center.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
- Proficient with scheduling and EMR systems.
- Understanding of aesthetic, wellness, and regenerative medicine terminology (a plus).
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury medical care standards.

Schedule
- Full-time | Monday–Friday (occasional evening/event hours/Saturday's)
- On-site in Myrtle Beach, SC
