Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with client expectations and company goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in project management and technical sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support during pre-sales activities.
  • Utilize analysis skills to assess project performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Manage client relationships, addressing any concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and risk assessments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to computer networking, AWS, VMware, Azure, Linux, and Python.
  • Train team members on technical aspects of products and services as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on sales or technical sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of computer networking concepts and technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in VMware virtualization technology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and Bash (Unix shell) is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting technical information clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
