About the role...As the Product Manager, New Verticals at Bounce, you'll lead the exploration, validation, and scaling of new use cases beyond our traditional luggage storage service. Your mission is to identify emerging customer needs, translate insights into scalable product bets, and help Bounce expand its footprint across new markets and contexts.
You'll collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, and operations to shape new end-to-end experiences, from discovery and onboarding to conversion and retention. This role is perfect for a product thinker who thrives on ambiguity, experiments boldly, and blends customer empathy, commercial impact, operations, everything.
Where you come in…Combining market insights (you are on the field), customer research (your actually care about users and partners), and data signals (all of those trends are clear to you).
Translate high-level growth strategy into clear hypotheses and MVPs to test new use cases, demand patterns, and business models.
Build and iterate end-to-end product experiences for emerging use cases, from landing pages, user acquisition strategies, real-world partnerships, flows to in-product UX tailored to specific contexts.
Partner with growth, operations, and partnerships to launch pilots in key cities, gather learnings, and scale what works globally.
Analyze user behavior, performance data, and market trends to shape the roadmap and prioritize verticals with the highest potential.
Collaborate with design and engineering to ship fast, test frequently, and iterate based on real-world feedback.
Define success metrics for each vertical, measure impact rigorously, and ensure learnings inform future bets.
Champion the voice of the customer, you'll speak to users regularly, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, and shape product direction based on real needs.
Travel to explore new markets, visit locations, and learn directly from users, partners, and local teams.
You've worked as a Product Manager in a role that involved launching or scaling new products, categories, or use cases, ideally in marketplaces, travel, or local services.
You act like a "General Manager", you own a P&L and behave like this product is your company to launch.
You thrive in 0→1 environments: you're comfortable with uncertainty, validate assumptions quickly, and prioritize speed to learning.
You're highly data-driven but balance analytics with strong customer intuition and curiosity.
You're experienced with experimentation frameworks and know how to run and interpret A/B tests or pilots that inform strategy.
You're a structured, pragmatic executor who can turn ambiguity into clear direction and measurable outcomes.
You collaborate deeply across disciplines and stay grounded in user needs while driving business impact.
You're excited to define what Bounce means beyond luggage pioneering how people store and access their belongings in everyday life.
