What you'll do

  • Perform Trim-Out & Start-Up of new systems, perform QC Inspections and maintain/repair air conditioning units and HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC/R (Refrigeration) systems to prolong equipment life. Maintaining HVAC units by performing preventative care to ensure the system runs efficiently, safely and reliably. This includes a range of tasks such as cleaning coils and filters, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical connections, and lubricating moving parts.
  • Collaborate with other contractors to address issues related to air conditioning systems during construction.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about system performance and necessary repairs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to enhance service delivery.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC field or related areas.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications

  • Background in construction or specifically HVAC system install and maintenance.
  • Experience with field service operations, ensuring timely responses to client needs.
  • Certification or training in HVAC design or related fields.

Pay will be based on experience.
