Summary

As a Clinical Nurse Manager at Hillcrest Health and Living, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care. This position is critical in leading our nursing team to provide compassionate and effective care to our aging population, making a significant impact on their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Oversee medical documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Manage critical care situations effectively, ensuring patient safety.
  • Provide training and support for staff in pain management techniques.
  • Ensure sterile processing protocols are followed within the facility.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance senior care services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff and implement improvements.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior care or nursing home settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation practices and healthcare regulations.
  • Experience in pain management and patient assessment is essential.
