Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers in the St. Louis area.
- Provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and local market conditions.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, agents, and team members.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the showing calendar efficiently.
- Ensure properties are presented in the best possible light during showings.
- Gather and relay client feedback to the listing agents and team for follow-up.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to showings and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a real estate showing partner or similar role preferred
- Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required
- Strong knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and neighborhoods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple property showings efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a top real estate team
- Proficient with mobile technology and real estate software tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications a plus
