Anova Care, a trusted provider of home care and home health services, is seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our rapidly expanding home health program. In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Deliver therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance patients' physical and cognitive function.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on safe, effective techniques and strategies for independent living.
  • Accurately monitor and document patient progress.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a coordinated, patient-centered approach.

What You Bring:

  • Current Colorado COTA license.
  • Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
  • Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for quality patient care.
  • Prior home health experience preferred — training provided for the right candidate.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Monday–Friday, PRN/FT schedule
