Are you a driven, self-motivated sales professional who thrives on high commissions and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact? HomePro Mobility, a leading provider of stairlifts and in-home accessibility solutions, is seeking a full-time Sales Specialist for the Milwaukee, WI market.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face consultations, in-home sales, and a flexible schedule while traveling throughout a wide service area to meet with customers.

Key Details:

Full-time position with a flexible schedule

We offer appointments Monday - Saturday, 9 AM - 7 PM, and you can submit your availability

Expect drives up to 100 miles per appointment—ideal for a road warrior who enjoys being on the move

High commission potential with $52,000 - $156,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations to educate customers on mobility and accessibility solutions

Follow up on pre-set company leads as well as self-generated opportunities

Provide excellent customer service and build relationships to drive referrals

Coordinate with the corporate team for scheduling and support while working independently

Requirements:

In-home sales experience preferred (strong sales background in any field is valuable)

Valid driver's license & reliable transportation for travel within the territory

Motivated and results-driven—this role is all about closing deals and exceeding goals

Strong communication & people skills—building trust is key in guiding customers to the right solution
