Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for children, fostering their development through engaging activities and positive interactions. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to manage behaviors effectively while ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care.

Daycare Teacher Pre K Duties:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
  • Engage children in educational activities that enhance their cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
  • Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective communication with children.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including first aid protocols, to maintain a safe environment for children.

Daycare Teacher PreK Experience:

  • Previous experience in daycare or classroom settings is preferred.
  • Background in childhood development or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Skills in caregiving, behavior management, and educating young children are essential.
  • Experience with infant care is a plus, as well as familiarity with various teaching methodologies.
  • Certification in First Aid or CPR is beneficial but not mandatory upon hiring; training will be provided if necessary.
