We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to own the operational, reporting, and systems foundation of our sales organization. Working closely with Sales Leadership, SDRs, Client Success, and the Executive team, this role is responsible for sales data integrity, tooling performance, lead source accountability, and revenue visibility.

This role directly supports revenue velocity and decision making across the business.

This is a full time in house position at our office in Boise, Idaho. Please do not apply if you are requesting a 100% remote role or you do not live in Boise or at least have a plan to move or relocate here.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain all sales CRM infrastructure, including HubSpot reporting, workflows, pipelines, lifecycle stages, automation, and data hygiene.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide leadership with visibility into pipeline health, sales activity, conversion rates, attribution, and revenue forecasting.
  • Own and manage the VELOX sales technology stack including Apollo, ZoomInfo, Orum, Smartlead, Salesmsg, Instantly and related sales and outbound platforms. Ensure tools are properly integrated, maintained, and aligned with SDR and sales workflows.
  • Oversee all third party lead generation vendors. Track performance, lead quality, delivery volume, ROI, and financials. Hold vendors accountable to performance expectations and SLAs.
  • Manage demos and evaluations of new lead generation and sales technology providers. Assess tools objectively and provide clear, data backed recommendations to leadership.
  • Support SDRs and sales team members by managing email systems, platform access, and sales tools across Microsoft and Google environments.
  • Maintain clean onboarding and offboarding processes for sales team members to ensure continuity, security, and system accuracy.
  • Audit and improve prospecting and outreach workflows including lead routing, sequencing, call activity, follow up automation, and reporting consistency.
  • Partner cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Client Success to align on lead quality, reporting standards, and feedback loops that improve overall go to market performance.
  • Provide operational support to the sales organization by troubleshooting system issues, resolving workflow bottlenecks, and improving efficiency, allowing representatives to focus on selling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, sales analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong hands on experience with HubSpot CRM and modern sales technology platforms.
  • Experience working with outbound sales tools, lead data providers, and sales engagement systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Ability to build reports that clearly communicate historical performance, current results, and projected outcomes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple systems, vendors, and priorities with accuracy and accountability.
