This Opportunity:

• Join our wastewater infrastructure team to support the planning, design, and construction of water treatment, wastewater treatment, pumping, distribution, storage or conveyance projects
• Develop creative solutions to complex water and wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions
• Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial drinking water or wastewater treatment projects
• Knowledge of water / wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the following states: Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.
• Six (6) years of experience designing and/or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects
• Six (6) years of experience designing and/or managing drinking water projects, including treatment, wells and pumphouses, storage facilities, booster stations, and distribution systems
• Knowledge of regional water and wastewater issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Ability to scope and budget new drinking and wastewater facility projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $105,000 and $130,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
