Lumira search is partnered with an exciting start-up in neuromodulation with big growth plans for 2026 including the addition of a territory manager for the Mid-Western Region, US.
The organisation is currently a lean but high quality team with a transformative portfolio of neurotech solutions and a proven product market fit. This role will be critical in driving adoption across key hospitals and clinics while developing long-term strategic partnerships with physicians and clinical teams. The primary focus of the role will be to build and manage the territory, drive procedure growth, and develop strong relationships with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and pain specialists.
Desired candidate profile:
- Strong relationships with KOLs in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Interventional Pain
- Based in Minnesota, with experience covering A mid west territory
- Medical device sales experience in neurotechnology, neuromodulation, or neurovascular is highly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a hospital, capital or procedure-driven environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up culture
- Ability to travel within the territory
