Job Description

We are seeking a
ServiceNow Developer / Engineer
with strong hands-on experience in
CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow platform configuration
. This is a key role within our growing ServiceNow practice, responsible for designing and implementing CMDB-driven solutions that enhance data accuracy, automation, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions with a focus on
    CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
  • Integrate CMDB with
    ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SAM
    modules
  • Configure
    CI classes, relationship models, identification/reconciliation rules
  • Develop automation using
    JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Orchestration
  • Perform
    CMDB audits, reconciliation, and data quality improvements
  • Troubleshoot CMDB, integration, and platform performance issues
  • Support upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement
  • Work within
    Agile
    methodology — sprint planning, demos, retrospectives

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development or engineering experience
  • Strong CMDB, CI relationship, and Discovery pattern knowledge
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
  • Experience with
    ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / SAM
  • Knowledge of
    MID Server
    , REST/SOAP, JDBC integrations
  • Ability to create technical documentation and solution design specs
