Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to oversee our Customer Service department and support our order processing operations. The position will also manage warranty claims and oversee our AI-driven customer service processes

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle warranty claims, including receiving claims, evaluating product issues, coordinating replacements or repairs, and communicating outcomes to customers.
  • Manage and maintain AI-based customer service processes, ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with company brand and policies.
  • Work within Gorgias to manage support tickets, update automation rules, and improve customer communication workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and orders processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or client support roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous call center or outbound calling experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
