Overview

I am seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Assistant to Help me manage a small apartment building of Short Term Rentals.

Duties

  • Assist in messaging guests and inquires
  • Support property booking processes, including screening applicants and coordinating property showings
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing of tenant records, maintenance requests, and financial transactions using property management systems like Hospitable, Turno, Pricelabs. (all can be taught, no prior experiance needed)
  • Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professional etiquette, providing exceptional customer service and conflict resolution when necessary
  • Assist in upselling available units or services to prospective tenants to maximize occupancy rates
  • Manage tenant relationships through CRM systems, fostering positive interactions and addressing concerns promptly
  • Support administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and document management related to property operations

Skills

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within the property management industry while contributing to the efficient operation of residential or commercial properties. The Property Management Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring tenant satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance across all managed properties.

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
