Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Status: Part Time Sat & Sun, 2-10pm

Pay scale: $29-$50/hr

What you'll do:

  • Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
  • Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians
  • Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
  • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts
  • Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders

Qualifications

  • Current RN or LPN license
  • Proficient in patient assessment and care planning
  • Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
  • Experience with catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion
  • Basic life support certification
  • Familiarity with critical care and long-term care settings
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including those with developmental disabilities
